Hi,

First I want to resume my previous and actual situation.
Once I got my immigration visa as Quebec Skilled Worker in january 2013 untill october 2013 but could not enter Canada for RP because of some hard reasons.

Then I got married, and circumstance were changed.
I declared my marriage to CIC Paris, and at Quebec BIQ Montreal as well.
I deposited all the documents demanded by Immigration office at Paris about my spouse as she will accompany me, and also deposited documents to get Selection Certificate of Quebec for my spouse from Montreal BIQ.
My 1st immigration visa got cancelled ( red stamp).

Canadian Immigration Office at Paris demandes me the Quebec Selection Certificate for my spouse. their words in quote "" *** DERNIER RAPPEL AVANT REFUS SANS RECEPTION DU CSQ DE VOTRE EPOUSE D ICI 60 JOURS ***.""
In the meantime, I got refusal of Quebec Selection Certificate from Montreal for my spouse because less number of points as a both. (bad news)
But My Quebec Selection Certificate is still valid untill Feb. 2015.
Now,
I want to immigrate alone and after that I will do sponsorship for my spouse.
How should I inform and what is the procedure to adopt to tell them in a correct way ? What will be the consequences after that ? Will CIC demande something else ? Or they can refus my own immigration ? etc.

Please give me your honest suggestions .
I thank you for your cooperation and help.

Manie

You and your spouse are now interlinked. You must include her in your application, even if she doesn't intend to accompany you at this time. Therefore, you will have to follow whatever the requirements are for that application.

I re-explain please,

I have already included her in the process of application. But I have included as she will accompany me.
But now, I want to immigrate alone as my Quebec Selecion Certificate is valid untill 02/2015.

As I applied to get Quebec Selection Certificate for her, we could not obtain it.

Canadian Immigration Office at Paris, demanded her Quebec Selection Certificate so that they can proceed further.
So thats why , I want to withdraw her, and want to go alone, then I will plan to sponsor her.

I need, what should I write to Canadian Immigration Office ? Will it impact my own immigration process ?
I know that we both will be examined medically.
Anyother issue or problem could arise ? or any complexity that I dont know write now ?

Thanks for your help.

Why was the CSQ refused for her? If she is non-accompanying, I think that you can proceed alone. She will have to do all the medical and background checks of course, even if you intend to sponsor her later.

CSQ was refused because of less number of points obtained / qualifying points.
Already, I did everything before ( at Québec Office et CIC Paris) that she will accompany me. But now situation has been changed as explained earlier.

Thats why, I want to proceed myself alone.

Please what you suggest me to write to CIC Paris for her withdrawal ? What else should I inform them ? or What they could need after I wrote them ?

Just ask them what you should submit to change her to non-accompanying. Probably just updated forms...
I'm very surprised that she was refused a CSQ as your dependent on your application. However, you presumably made the correct application... Is your application starting again from the very beginning?

YES, I made correct applications for CSQ, no issue of any errors. but its unfortunate, did not get it :(,

My application will not start again, as I think, because CIC only needed my spouse CSQ, that I don't have it.
As you suggested one thing, That I should ask them about her withdrawal and demande CIC any documents to fill or sign or anything else etc ?

Yes, she will need to be changed on your application, so it will require updating some forms etc. The Paris CHC should tell you what needs to be done.
