Spouse visitors visa

Dear Friends,

Currently i have my work permit.

I applied for permanent residence last week for me and my spouse.

I have three Questions.

1. Can I apply visitors visa for my Spouse ?
2. Will this delay our PR process time ?
3. If yes for question 1, can i apply work permit for my spouse after she reaches here?
