I got PR few weeks back and my wife TRV is in progress from last 5 months. She is not ready for PR now but she would like to visit Canada in future using visitor visa. Since my status got changed now, does it going to effect her TRV processing now? Can anyone share their experience please? Thanks.

She needs to send a webform updating her application indicating that her spouse is now a PR. Approval of her TRV is mostly dependent on her proof of strong ties to her home country to show that she will not remain in Canada.
