Hello,
My husband and I recently got married about two months ago. He has been accepted for a PhD position in Canada and will be joining the session in December, 2015. I will be applying for a TRV shortly so that i can join him in Canada as well. Since i have read many posts regarding spouse visa rejections, i am a bit dishearten and nervous now. Kindly help me through the documents/ procedure to guarantee that i might have a fairly good chance of getting the visa ASAP.
These are the documents that i have ready with me, kindly let me know if any further documentation is required.
1. Employment letter from my company (to ensure that my stay will be short)
2. Approved leaves of 1 month from my company
3. My personal bank statement of 16,000 CAD
4. Salary Slips
5. Police Certificate
6. NADRA's Marriage Certificate
7. Husband's Student Visa Copy
8. Husband's university documents (StudentID, Scholarship of 12,000 CAD/ year)
9. Letter of Invitation from my husband
Moreover, is there a requirement to submit my educational documents for a TRV in additional to the following? Do i need any additional document to show strong ties with my native land or will these documents suffice?
