Is your wife employed or studying?

What ties can she show to India: Property ownership or lease agreement, her financial situation (salary + investments), any previous travel history?

Was any of the money transferred by you or borrowed from someone just before she applied?

You'll have to post the list of documents which she submitted so that we can advise.

She just transfer Cad 10000 in her account from other accounts.
If this CAD 10,000 was not earned by her.... or if it was earned by her but she did not explain that she has transferred it from her other bank account, then it will appear as borrowed for the TRV application. Hence the refusal reason for finances
