I would really appreciate if you could answer this.
My spouses 6 month timeline is expiring by next week and we havent applied for a visitor record yet.
She has applied for inland PR - received AOR and done biometrics by now.
Based on the AOR, she has applied for open work permit but no answer on that till now.
Does she have to extend her visitor record or is it too late now.
I have read that applying for SOWP is considered to be under maintained status till she gets a response on it.
Please advise if this is true or does she have to apply for an extension!!!
