My wife has visitor visa expiring on this 30th April, I am holding work permit with NOC B job expiring in 2021.
My concern is: On my paystub - It states 40 YTD hours bi-weekly but I am a full-time employee 40 hours a week. On my ROE(record of the employee), I have the correct information with 80 hours bi-weekly.
I also got a letter of employment and another letter stating that please consider ROE (by an employer).
Will immigration officer consider this application from visitor to work permit for my wife?
Please let me know ASAP.
