Spouse visitor record missing - Please advise

I just received my new work permit - but just found out my wife's visitor record was not renewed with it.

It's about 3 weeks past. Does she have to file restoration of status or can we just send in request to extend her visitor record base don my work permit?

I assume you didn't include your spouse with your application. If so she will have to apply for restoration and pay the extra fees,
