My wife’s PR application just got submitted ( As outland application) and now we are planning if she can visit me here in Canada on Visitor Visa. She already holds a valid visitor visa. My question is if we need to get approval from IRCC before her travel to Canada. I remember IRCC was asking for this a month ago I think but now I can’t seem to find any information regarding that.
