Hello everyone..
I am a PR holder in Canada since last 2 months and working out here.
I am going back to India in the month of May 2019 for marriage purpose. Me and my husband will have a proper traditional, legal marriage in the month of October 2019.
Once we get married I will apply his file for spouse visa from india which will take a tenure of 12 months.
Now my question is...

1)I want him to come along with me.. Is that possible for both of us to land together to Canada... ?
2)I wanna stay along with him in india till the time he doesn't receive his spouse visa so what proofs are required by me to the immigration officer to convince them that yes i will be landing back But I want to come together.
3) After marriage because of my stay with him in india for 12 months, will his file processing gets hampered??

Please suggest.

You cannot stay with him in India. As you are a PR, you must be in Canada to apply, and remain in Canada (except for a short trip, maybe 2 weeks max) until it is processed. If you leave Canada, the spousal application will be refused.

If he can get a visa to come to Canada, he may be able to join you and wait.

But how will Get a visa to come to Canada.. Is it that the tourist visa which u r talking about.

You can try. If he is married to you before he applies, he is unlikely to be approved. A TRV is not intended to be a visa to "wait out" a spousal application.

Yes, your husband may be able to get a tourist visa. If he does, he can come and stay with you and you can start the PR application process. Visitors are usually allowed for six months, and you can ask for an extension for another six.

Getting a visa for him will be difficult but it's not impossible.

In any case, you cannot sponsor him while you are outside Canada.

There is no special "visitor visa" for spouse. Yes, we are talking about a tourist visa. So when he apply, he needs to proof that he is just visiting and have enough tie in his home country.

You will need to come back to Canada and apply to sponsor him to become a PR. You have to live in Canada during that process.

If he gets a tourist visa, then he can come and visit you. He can also apply for an extension once his default 6 months allow stay is up. But this depends on the approval of his tourist visa. It's unlikely but not impossible.

Also want to point out that you have not met the residency requirement for some provinces to receive healthcare. You may be required to pay back all the healthcare you have received. I would strongly encourage you to read the residency requirements of your province’s health system.

You also should prepare yourself for an approximately 1 year separation between you and your spouse. Things like pregnancy will not speed up the process.
