spouse visa

is there any problem if i just get married and apply with my spouse for study visa ? i have one refusal for study visa in 2016.only for reason proposed program not reasonable.should i worry or not if i apply with my spouse ? i have 6.5 bands each and 7 in listening overall 6.5 last study computer diploma 2015 65% marks with relevant experience in networking from 2016 to till date.

Hi,am from India ,am a nurse by profession,my Ielts score is 6.5 over all .and am trying to do practical nursing course at Georgia college Barrie.when I gave Ielts exam I was single.october I will get marry..when I apply for the course my marital Status single but when I go then married.whether it will affect when I apply for my spouse??
