Hi . I am PR from Canada. I am visiting India for marriage. I am sponsoring my wife for PR to Canada.

I wish to know that can I mail/courier papers from India?

Also , who would be the sender in this case, wife ( principal applicant) or myself ( sponsor, PR from Canada)

Please do advise.
