I have recently asked help for my situation here in the US that i came here in the US in 2008 on H4 visa. By the time when i turned at the age of 21 we missed time to apply for my student visa. Still we had tried to keep apply from here but they denied and i ended up being out of status. Now Currently i am talking to a guy who is in Canada and he has his provincial PR and already applied for his federal PR. Is there any way there is any chance to be Canada ? i mean base on his PR? Also he had tried so 2 times to get US visitor visa but he got denied as well. so if we have to show his trip in the US we do not know what to do?! He is planning to apply one more time for US visitor visa but do you have any idea about this case?
Also what we have in our mind is once we get committed since we haven't tell our parents about our relationship and after that if everything will work out then i will go back to the country and stay there until he gets his federal PR?! Does that make any sense? or nice idea? We both wanted to marry if we can epically in my case.
