how to apply for spouse visa? what are the chances and shd i apply the case along with me or after i get visa???

It depends...are you from a visa-exempt country?

chances are week with full family unless you have other very strong ties.

advise: apply alone (though its difficult to leave family specially so early after marriage), show your family as your ties back to country.
Once you get the visa then apply for their case from canada.

Catch: The plus point in applying alone is that you need less statement than you apply as a whole family. in case of visa rejections, 3 fees gone for nothing.

moral of the story: save what you can and secure your position :)

For applicants from visa-exempt countries such as the U.S. it is simply a matter of driving to the border, paying the fees and getting the permits. In my case my wife accompanied me to border, showed acceptance letter and bank statement, paid fees. Drove away 20 minutes later with Study Permit for me and Spousal Open Work Permit for her. No medicals were necessary.
