Spouse Visa -OWP

Hi All,

I am currently holding ICT work permit(permit valid till NOV-2015) and had applied for my PR. I am getting married next year.
Applied for my PR and its getting processed and i have informed CIC about my marriage date.

Am i eligible to apply for Open Work permit ? ,since PR has reached final stages( Received Passport request).
Will i able to bring my wife to canada based on Open work permit? My intend to change employer after i get my OWP

Any one have received spousal visa based on OWP?

1. No, you are not eligible for an open work permit.
2. Also s/he is not your spouse at this time.

Upon my eligibility,can I apply for dependent visa for my wife based on my owp, after marriage??
