Spouse visa open work permit

i am here in canada on study permit and i brought my husband on spouse visa open work permit. When he came here he said he dont want me anymore ,threatening me to give him pr and extend his work permit. he had 3 rejection when he applied study permit and 1 rejection when he applied for spouse visa open work permit. i thinking to file a one side divorce but he and his family is warning me that if dont give him document they will make sure that they will bring me back to india and i will never see Canada. Since our marriage was genuine i have the photos and conversations , chats. But he had paid my one semester fee for his visa.I really scared at this point can he go against and report ircc that it was fake marriage even after filing one side divorce?

No. Get out of the relationship. You are here on a study permit so he cannot do anything about it. In fact, you are the one with the power as you can say that he is threatening you. His permit is based on your study permit so he cannot extend it without your input. They cannot force your back to India.

If i file one sude divorce, can he do something? I just went to see a white lawyer he told me that my husband can report to ircc and do an investigation to prove fake marriage because he paid my fees for spouse visa and he had number rejection as well. I can get 5 year ban from canada if they think its fake marriage just because of money but on the other side i have all the proof to dhow the marriage was geunine.

How long have you been married? Get out of the marriage if it is abusive. What do you mean a “white” lawyer? Fake marriage cannot be proven just by the fact he paid your fees and he had rejections. He is the one who has had the rejections. If you have proof of genuine marriage then you are good. He is the one threatening you.
