Spouse visa for Student

Hi,
Well i am fortunate enough to secure admission in University of Alberta. I have following questions.

1. How much statement I am required to present for Visa in case of SPOUSE. My calculations are as follows
9000 CAD Fee per Year
10,000 Primary Student Expenses per Year

2. What about health Insurance? does university provides for student or for spouse?

3. What about Work can Spouse work?

1. There is nothing known as a spouse visa. You apply for a TRV or OWP. You will need CAD 10,000 (self) + 4,000 (spouse).
2. A basic health insurance is a part of your tuition fees. However, you will also be eligible for a free Alberta Health Services card.
3. You will need an open work permit.
