Spouse TRV was refused: Impact on getting PR via Express Entry

Hi Folks/Experts,

I have created by EE profile and received the ITA under CEC. I have applied for me and my spouse together and I am the primary applicant. My Spouse has recently arrived to CANADA on dependent TRV however her TRV was refused earlier with generic reasons as mentioned "Given your economic establishment, employment prospects, purpose of visit, travel history and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident".

Now when i am filling my EE application form, this question is being asked under my spouse's Personal History --> Statutory questions: Has <Name> ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:

Now the question are:

1. Will it impact in my PR application in anyway?
2. Should I answer 'YES' to the above question about visa refusal in EE profile, And what is the best way to write the details in explanation for the same?

Note: I have already mentioned mine/spouse UCI numbers in the application and i don't want to hide details. Curious to know how to proceed further. Please help, I am really tensed.
