Hi,
My wife and kids visit visa got refused last year in summer. I was Masters student at that time. Reason of refusal is "unable to show ties with home country and no travel history". I had provided the following document.
- Invitation letter from me.
- My Canadian bank statement.
- My Co-Op (Internship letter).
- My salary slips from internship employer.
- Student status letter from my university.
- Letter of support and property documents.
- My wife Job letter from home country.
- My wife bank statement.
- My kids student letter from school.
- Visa forms IMM5257E, IMM5257B, imm5645E, and IMM5645E.
In April-2014 I completed my masters degree. I got post graduate work permit for three year. Since May-2014 I am working in IT consultancy company as consultant. please guide me what is the best option now to apply for my family again. Is visit visa preferable over open work permit and why? Please also suggest what documents I should include this time to convince visa office to show ties from my country.
Thanks in Advance.
Best Regards,
N @ 51r.
