My daughter(3 years old) and I are Canadian citizens, my wife is a Chinese.We three live in P.R.China these years.
In IMM5257E, purpose of my visit, I choose other, and wrote:daughter(Canadian)applying for first China visa.
We plan to visit CONSULATE-GENERAL OF CHINA IN VANCOUVER and travel around.

wondering if I should change purpose of my visit to Tourism, will it help? Or she will be rejected quickly this time?

The problem is not the visiting. The problem is that you are married to the woman from China and that is a huge connection and reason for her to stay in Canada instead of going back to China. She needs to make it look like she has no reason to stay in Canada which will be hard to do if you're living in Canada and married to her.

We three will go to Canada and go back China together.
I work for Canadian co. in China, definitely will go back, and she has a decent job in China too.
So, is it matter if I submit now? more travel photos, with some explanation letter from both of us? my Canadian boss's contact info?
Will they spend some time on it or just reject easily.

All of it. And go for a short visit, like 3 weeks and explain what are you going to do there almost day by day :visit your family (who and where), friends, go sightseeing (where and when).
