That unbelievable , why we need to re-do Biomatric collection , why they can not use stored version, Since i can mention the UCI ?, I will call cic for double check.
Please Do not apply for family member in the same online username, i believe that my mistake -- there is no connection between the main applicant and the family member application on the bottom of the page.
my advice is that , if you want to apply for family member Do NOT apply online in the same profile.
I have applied for work permit, i received approval in 6 days valid for 3 years .
when i started applying for the working permit, the cic wizard suggested that, I can apply for family member.
I uploaded all required documents such as financial support and marriage certification in my section.
in my spouse section , they didn't ask for financial support or marriage certification.
seems they are not proceed both application with the same officer, As result, my spouse application diverted to Egypt with missing information.
the rejection has been made base on the following :
Your travel history
Your family ties in Canad and in your country of residence -- marriage certification attached with the main application.
Length of proposed stay in Canada -- another mistake-- requested 12 months
Purpose of visit
Your personal assets and financial status
I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to Cary out your stead
purpose in going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canad and to effect your departure.
You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your / your host's income and assets.
