Please i have a tiny question and i need anyone to help me with it.

I have sent my application on October 2017 and still till now didn't get any feedback or acknowledgment that they received it.Is this is normal ?! or i sent it to wrong address )

Is there any way i can check about the status of my application and if they got it or not ?!!

Its taking about 6-8 weeks sometimes less or more. You can call cic to see if they received the application

Do you know the number that i can call from outside canada ? Is it 001-613-9444-000 or different number ? or do they have email ?

It is very strange there is no way to check if they received my application or not !!

Has it been more than 8 weeks since you submitted your application? IRCC receives a huge volume of mail and this is why it takes a while for everything to be opened and logged in the system. There's really nothing you can do but wait.

If someone wants confirmation their application has been received, this is done through sending the application via courier with tracking. The tracking will confirm the application has been received.
