Hello friends I want to get married and sponsor my spouse to Canada during my spouse sponsorship can I leave Canada to live with my wife ?

Are you a citizen? If you aren't then you must be living in Canada to sponsor her.

1. Only if you are a Canadian citizen, PRs must remain in Canada except for very short (2/3 week) visit.
2. Should post in Family Class section.
