I and my wife are CEC candidates, though it looks like our experience class points will never reach the minimum point of any draw soon. When I apply by myself, I'd be able to get an ITA within a month, though it's not the case for my wife. What would be the best way of my wife for getting a PR ITA in a case where I get my PR? I know there is "sponsorship", but how similar is it to an open work permit? What would be the shortest path to immigration for both of us?
