hi all,

I am Canada PR . My wife is in India. I applied for her sponsorship under family class. I do receive email regarding updates like AOR and Medical request but not my wife .

Lately , IRCC has asked to resubmit 5669 form . Me or my wife could not upload the form online as we cannot link our existing application.

I am wondering about use of representative form . We haven’t hired any agent or lawyer do process our file neither we wish any third or family person to work on behalf of us . I haven’t submitted the representative form while sending the paper application package .

Then try to link again try with receipt no. , I did that way. Use of a rep , it's not really required. If you are OK in English and can do all by yourself and applied yourself, why use a rep now? Phone them if linking problem persists.
AND form 5669 is ONLY for Applicant NOT sponsor.
Make sure applicant signs ALSO where it reads, "I agree that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application." SHE MUST ALSO SIGN in the same box on the left +TYPE FULL name in the same BOX.
Chances are you made a mistake here as we did and whole package was returned back, we are 3 months late. It is clearly mentioned in the Guide BUT they did not clarify on the FORM itself and MANY PPL HAVE DONE THE SAME MISTAKE.
