Do you mean you have received PR through the PNP programme? If so and you were already married, then your wife should have been declared on your own application. Failing to do so means you will never be eligible to sponsor her. If you married subsequent to your getting PR through the PNP, then you do not need to wait, you can sponsor her.
'Sponsoring your wife' means applying for her to get PR status. If she was included on your PNP application, and you both have PR cards, then she does not need to be sponsored.
