hi, guys. i was filling the immigration application form for my wife to sponsor her under family class, as i dont have any additional dependent in our application it is just my wife as an principal applicant so do i still need to include that additional dependent pages with my application. or just sign the last page of that page and include the pages in my application package. :-X

police Clearance Certificate

my wife is struggling to get PCC from the Passport Office from India as they say she will have to bring along the Letter from Cic and i checked with cic they say they will not provide any Letter requesting for PCC. how can i get the PCC from India without any Letter from the Canadian High Comission?
