i am applying for spouse immigration and have some questions regarding the form.

1- supplementary information for pakistan, Additional family information and back ground declaration my questions is do i have to fill these forms as well or would it be just for my spouse as principal applicant.

You need to fill the applicants family information details.This is for future if the applicant want to sponsor any of his/her family to Canada..If you dont provide the details of the applicants family now then he/she cant sponsor them in future...Good luck
