Moving to ON will not affect your processing time. Ensure that you advise whichever office is processing the application of your move.

The only province which moving to has an effect on is Quebec, as they have their own processing centre (MICC) which must be dealt with to obtain the CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate).

Thanks alot for the answer ,it was really helpful..You know you hear different stuffs from different people,it makes you confused...
One more question please?

I am an American Citizen living here with my wife in BC ,i sent every possible evidence to proof my relationship is genuine like pictures and joint account..

What kind of more evidence you think would be good to send ..Our moving to Ontario would it be good sign to them that our marriage is genuine or if my wife is expecting ?

Thanks and regards,
Mir..

If you sent all possible proof, I really think you have little to worry about. I have yet to see an American spouse turned down due to a non-genuine relationship. You should update CIC if your address changes or your family composition does, but other than that, you may not need to provide additional evidence that the relationship is genuine and subsisting.
