Spouse Sponsorship UCI -when and who gets this number?

Hi Everyone,
I applied for spouse sponsorship for my husband back in November 2024 and I'm wondering if anyone know usually when do we get the UCI number? Also do they send it to the sponsor or the person being sponsored?

Sponsor and applicant(s) get different UCI. UCI is unique to a person .
