SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP SECOND STAGE QUERY FROM OUTSIDE CANADA

my first stage of sponsoring spouse in india is clear and new delhi asked to send proof of medical and rprf. i had already send valid ones earlier in misssauga.

i want to know whether second stage requires new pcc i also want to know do anybody get request to redo pcc even though it was valid while application send. but expired shortly afterwards.

also our medical is expired so can they ask in future to redo medical again. now they send just auto reply to send PCC so i have to send expired PCC is it ok to send EXPIRED PCC but that was valid when i send in misssiaga as it was not expired that time.

IS IT A GOOD IDEA TO MAKE NEW PCC AND SEND THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY SEND AUTO EMAIL FOR PROOF

also is there any rule mentioned on CIC that PR sponsor cant leave the country while application of spouse is in process and how long can he or she leave max. can they reject sponsorhip on basis of not staying in canada during entire application period

It is highly likely that you will receive the re medical request.
Talking about your PCC, in case you have not submitted your passport yet PCC could be obtained with in few hours.
They will issue your the certificate and stamp your passport the same day.
Sponsor can leave the country for short visits and that is absolutely not a problem. My wife visited me twice for couple months.
