Spouse sponsorship OWP

Hi, can someone please clarify something for me?
I'm on my PGWP which ends in April 2020. My boyfriend and I are going to apply for the sponsorship. I was thinking of applying outland. My question is, if I apply outland can I also apply for an OWP?
If yes, should I apply together with the sponsorship or wait a few months to do it?

No - you will not qualify for an OWP if you apply outland. You must apply inland if you want an OWP.
