At the time of PR approval process of my spouse, I was not accompanying, reason was my contractual job with a “surety bond amount” & already submitted all necessary papers to CIC during ITA phase in June 2017.
PR of spouse got approved during August, 2017. Spouse is yet to be in Canada.
Now (Jan 2018) my employer is about to fire me due to non-availability of their new assignments.
My question, if we are updating our situation to CIC, is there a chance that they may approve my PRalso?
Or spouse sponsor is the only solution ?
I haven’t appeared for IELTS , neither I am having ECA.
Please help!
