hi, I have completed my medical before a month and my status is showing medical received bu CIC but I got mail that my file has been sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia to Mississauga for further process. Will it process from Mississauga or from India ? How much time it will take ?

You should not stress yourself out as long as you are within the 12 months of time frame. Relax.
