Spouse Sponsorship Application Help

Hello Friends. I'm a PR holder in Canada and would like to bring my wife & child to Canada.

I'm preparing the application for Sponsorship. I've a confusion with the checklist IMM5491. As per my understanding, First, I should only send the Sponsor Forms 1 to 6 (i.e IMM1344, IMM5481, IMM5476, IMM5401, IMM5409, IMM5540).

Once accepted, I should send the forms relating "Sponsored Persons and Family members" forms. Is that correct?

Incorrect. You have to send the entire application package together (both the applicant and sponsor sections). If you only send the sponsor section your application will be returned to you as incomplete. The forms you have to complete are here:
