Hello all

I am new to this and have two questions I would loved answered

I am from Australia and my spouse is a canadian citizen living in ontario is it true that because we are married he doesn't need to worry about the income requirements involved, He only makes about $21,000 cad per year which is below the minimum sponsoring amount, but he lives at home with his parents still and has no loans or credit cards and lives comfortably on his wages (he is a bit of a tight wad when it comes to spending money lol)

and my second question is I have 3 children, 19, 10, and 5, my 19 year old is independant who has her own life with her fiance, and my 2 boys live with there father so I am free to move to canada, so do I still have to put on forms all my childrens names and do they still need medicals and police checks, sorry to waffle on but its all so confusing to me, any info or help would be much appreciated

Yvette

There are no income requirements to sponsor your spouse.

Yes, you have to include all your children in the form - but no police record or medical is required unless they will follow you.

Hi! Im sponsoring my spouse. What im gonna do if i dont have a letter from my employer coz im not regular yet in my part time job? My employer said they cannot give me a letter for 3weeks until i become regular. Is it okay if im gonna make a letter for immigration explaining why i dont have a lettet ftom my employer for part time job? Or i really need to wait for it?
