Spouse Sponsoring: Husband waiting for file number

I'm a Candian citizen, I applied for sponsorship for my husband since Octobor, 20, 2017 it is now been 13 week's I have not heard from the the immragition office nothing yet, and there is no office in calgary to follow up when i call the immrigration only the answering machine asks for file number which i dont have it's effecting all my faimly because we dont know where we should go for some inforomation or contact whom we dont know if they recived my fourm or not please advice me what i should do should i travel to missausaga to get some information or i have to wait forever its been like i'm waiting for a mircale please please please i need help as soon as possible any word from anbody will help alot

Did you have a tracking number to know it actually made it to Mississauga? I'm assuming you've both checked and double checked your email spam boxes?

When you mailed the forms did you see in the postal system the forms were physically received by IRCC.

They receve it and they say we returned but i did not receved since dec 4 2017

d i caaled 4 times each time deffrent agent respond and theyhave same answear there is no any comment on my file also no one know why the immegration returned so they told me may be u forget that and this they were gussing but i told them that i sent all document and with no respect for my felling at all they said oh we dont know what is happen to ur pakege i told them what should i do how candian gov sent these imprtant doc by regullar mail and i called canada post they say that there is nothing they can do
