Spouse Sponsorhip Fees & Methods of Payment

Dear friends,

i am on my way to complete a spouse sponsorship application, in which, my mother(Canadian citizen) is sponsoring my father(non Canadian citizen).

My misunderstandings have to do with the payment of the fees.

1) Down of the question "What are you paying a fee for?", should i choose "Spouse or common-law partner in Canada class?" or "Spouse......outside Canada class?"

2) Correct me if i am wrong... At the immigration fees list I have to choose: Sponsorship Application $75.00 + Principal Applicant $475.00 + Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00 = $1040. Am I right?

3) Right of Permanent Residence is necessary to get i visa? If i don't pay this fee, for how long does the visa issue?

3) I am going to pay online with my visa. Is there any problem if my bank account is on € and not on $? Does the bank makes the switch automatically?

1) Depends. Is your mother sponsoring your father inland or outland?
2) Yes - $1040 total.
3) Yes - this fee is mandatory for the visa to be issued. If you don't pay this fee now, CIC will request it later and it may delay processing.
4) Your bank will make the conversion.

So, to be clear about my first question. My mother is sponsoring outland(we are sending the application from Greece). So, i have to choose "Spouse......outside Canada class?"??
