hi people.. ok so im having some troubles here bringing my wife here to Canada its been 12 months since theve processed our case... The VAC center in Ankara Turkey have operators replying to emails saying there only providing essential services to Canadian citizens,
i need help
who can i call / email about the status on my case.

Although 80% of sponsorships are processed within 12 months during normal times these aren't normal times. Even without a pandemic there are certain countries that regularly go over go over 12 months processing. I assume there is a chance your spouse is Iranian. Iranian sponsorships are typically much longer than 12 months.

Yes! she is Iranian from Iran Tehran... yeah they said 12 months.. its been 11.5 months but shes done her medical an bio metrics 7 months ago and every time i email them to get an update they just email me back with this operator message saying there only providing essential services for Canadian citizens only

Whoever told you 12 months for Iranian spouse sponsorship was incorrect. Without covid the applications from Iran tend to have much longer processing times. There are threads with only Iranian application. Due to the lack of relationship with Iran applications routinely last 17+ months. Sorry to break the bad news. With covid it may ve longer.
