I've recently gotten married in Bangladesh October 2015, but I am a born canadian citizen and have some questions.

1. Im currently still in BD, can i send the application package to family in toronto to apply for me.

2. It asks about education in the IMM0008ENU, my wife is currently a student in business marketing and is wondering what her "intended occupation" be, since she doesnt know if she can work as a marketing assistant, so than would she fill in student, house wife, or N/A?

3. Does the application package need to be original documents, or can it be photocopies?

Your family can't apply for you. You can send the package from outside Canada.

Intended occupation can be whatever you want. I think we put administration, but it's not that relevant for spouse sponsorship.

You need to send original documents where indicated. You have to send the original forms and other originals according to your country guide.

1. You can send the application from BD to the Mississauga office directly. Or your family can submit the application for you by mailing it to Mississauga.
2. You can certainly say "marketing" since this is what she is studying.
3. The forms and signatures all have to be original. As for the other required documents, some need to be originals and some can be copies. You'll have to read the instruction guide in detail.
