My wife is born Canadian, with Canadian and U.K. passports.
My son born British like me but he holds a Canadian Passport as well as a U.K. passport
My wife lives in Canada while my son and I are living in the U.K..
My wife wishes to sponsor me as an Outland application.
I have completed most of the forms but am a little confiused, similar to my last post.
The form for the sponsor asks if you have children which we rocked yes,
On the principal applicant form I understand my dependant son does NOT need to go on the accompanying depend section but must be included on the additional family members form as well as my wife is this correct?
This leads me to my next question.
On the checklist it asks for the spinsters births certificate or passport, we will supply a copy of the passport.
Under the section for principal applicant it asks about the child. Do I actually need to provide my sons birth certificate or is this not needed as he has already been processed and already has Canadian status?
Please correct me if I have got this wrong. Thank you in advance.
