Hi. new to this website
I am a Canadian citizen who recently got married. My spouse resides outside canada.
I have now returned to canada to work and sponser him from within Canada.
How long do I have to work in order to show immigration candada that I can financially support my husband?

You can sponsor your spouse immediately. There is no minimum income requirement to sponsor.
