Advice you pay the complete processing fee, so you don't need to pay any fees later...........Sponsor your spouse with the right of Permanent residence 1040$

Sponsor your spouse with the right of Permanent residence 1040$ = Sponsorship fee ($75), principal applicant processing fee ($475) and right of permanent residence fee ($490))

Sponsor will not need medical exam.........only the Principal Applicant (i.e., person been sponsored) and their dependants will need medical exam.

The IRCC Panel Physician will tell you the fees.

You only need to pay the Permanent residence 1040$ when submitting your sponsorship application.

After your complete application has been received, you receive a request for medical exam (within 4 to 5 months).......then you need to pay the medical exam fee to the IRCC Panel Physician (the medical letter will have instructions).
