under my profile i found an update

We sent you correspondence on September 29, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I contacted oncall support and told that i didnt receive the above mail, they made the 2nd request to resend that mail, it past another 1 month and i still havent received the mail, i called again and they told that they will do another request. since September 3 months passed and no mails from CPC. i believe if i call them again in January they will tell me that they will do another request to resend the mail. I asked to send the email instead of mail but the answer was:"we dont control this process at cpc "

Doe anybody know what to do in this case?

Hi

Your sponsor can contact their MP and ask them to inquire.

You should request your GCMS notes; they will show what the request was. Note that it will take 30 days to receive them.

i did that request also known ATIP ( GCMS Notes )

it costs 5 $

Just to make sure, have you checked your email spam? Do you have the correct address on ECAS?

I think the same message shows in ECAS when they send by email, but the CIC call centre should have been able to tell you how it was sent so I assume that's not the case.

update:

i received today the papers by email from CPC which confirms again that i dont have issue with my email.

also i verified many times my mail address.

i believe it happens because on Wednesday i made the complaint.

waiting ATIP ( GCMS Notes ) for more details.

its not normal that i had to explained them 2 times and writing the complaint that i didnt receive any mails/emails
