Spouse/Self 2 applications simulatenously

I and my spouse are both elligible for FSW category.Can both of us apply as primary applicants in separate applications and also dependents of each other in each application?My lawyer told that is fine as long as we mention same in both applications.Please advise your inputs.

Yes, it is perfectly in order for both of you to apply as principal applicants as long as you make sure the information matches on both applications.
