I have sent paper application by mail to CPC sydney Nova Scotia for my spouse PR application. It's been almost 12 weeks I did not receive any update from CIC. Can any one comment on current situation and visa process timeline please.

I have sent paper application by mail to CPC sydney Nova Scotia for my spouse PR application. It's been almost 12 weeks I did not receive any update from CIC. Can any one comment on current situation and visa process timeline please.

Everything is delayed right now due to COVID-19. Many of those who submitted their applications in Feb/March are still waiting to receive confirmation their applications have been received.
