Spouse PR application if she is in India

Hello Experts,

I am currently in Canada on LMIA closed work permit and my wife is in India.
I am applying for PR as a primary applicant along with my spouse.
During the application it is required to select the option if applicant is within the Canada or outside the Canada. Which option do I need to choose?
Also what will be additional procedures for my spouse to get the PR since she is not in Canada?

Your are inside and she is outside Canada. When you received ITA was she listed as accompanying or not accompanying. Not accompanying probably gave you more points.
