Spouse points: Please seniors help

Dears,

I am trying to score 57 points with my spouse for Quebec federal skilled worker, but it is not working. How many points do I have to score if my wife does not accompany me. Is it still 57 or it should be 49 ? Please advise since the 49 points is more achievable than the 57 for me. Please advise.

It will be still 57 if your are PA and your dependent cant accompany you (as per the FSW i think for QSW also it remains the same)......
Dependent have to make her landing after PA have to land first.....

Thanks Spartan. Actually my dependents ( kids will accompany me ) except the spouse. Does anybody know where can I find such information.

If you are taking children's with you then the immigration officer might ask for letter of consent/possession from your wife while accompanying the children without mother/father....So while doing landing you have to show them the letter if asked....

Thanks Spartan. That is not a problem. But my only issue is that I want to make sure whether the score should be 49 o4 57.
