I am the main applicant for CEC. My spouse has a student visa but she hasn't been studying for 5 months (she hadn't worked, either). I am expecting to receive an ITA next round, can we have any problems with that? I thought that as she is not working, it would be fine because she has an ETA.
If that is a problem. How is the best form to proceed?
Should she apply for a visitor record and change her status after the ITA?
Should I just leave as it is?
I believe I can have some problems with her personal history / travel history because she is going to her country for 3 weeks next week when she should be having classes as it is school/university season now.
