My wife got her PCC from India in August 2021, she then travel to USA to unite with her family on visitor in October 2021, we applied her sponsorship PR application in november 2021 , we are reapplying now as the file was return back due incomplete form in our application.
My question is her PCC for India still good for now, there is no expiry date mention on PCC? She is travelling back to India in March from USA, and whether also it's better to get new PCC again for India when she is back in India and upload the PCC again? I know the PCC rules - 180 days validity for CIC.
